FD: FUN DIVES - FROM 35€

Already certified?

We offer dive trips from the beach or with speed boat on few different locations.

Wreck Maona Rossa:
Maona is a type of vessel, that could be easily described as the “trailer”. It's a vessel without its own propulsion – normally it is towed by another ship. It is used for transportation of different cargo.
Also “Maona Rossa” is a “trailer” or a barge. It was sunk during the WW2. It was probably hit by an underwater mine – around the barge, 3 other mines are easy to see.

Wreck Kec:
KEC or with other words DTM was a military transport ship from the WW2. It is sunk on the relation between Piran and Strunjan about 2,9 km of Madona peninsula in Piran. About the wreck there is very little known. We know that it belonged to Italian navy and that it was probably sunk in the spring of 1945 by an airplane.

Fiesa reef:
Reef Fiesa is the most visited reef in the Slovenian sea, due to easy approach by road. It is a common spot for Slovenian dive schools, because the spot offers good underwater visibility, and it's depth doesn't exceed 9 meters.
From the coast it is possible to make a nice dive – and our favorite are Reef Fiesa night dives. Different sorts of fishes, squids, octopuses, seahorses, lobsters and maybe even some conger eels are definitely some of the reasons why to visit this dive spot.

Punta reef:
Reef Punta is probably the best, what Slovenian sea has to offer. Because of its geological structure it gives safe haven to most of the species that live in this northern part of Adriatic sea.
It is possible, to do 2 different dives on the reef – the northern and southern side. It is very convenient, when there is bad weather and wind from the south – there is calm on the other side – and vice versa.
The maximum depth on the southern side does not to exceed 12 meters. On the northern side, the reef goes from 5 meters to 22 meters.

Deepest point – Triglav
coming soon ...

We are also organizing trips to Croatia, Italy and few tropical destinations.

SD: SKIN DIVER

The PADI Skin Diver certification helps you get - and keep - your fins wet. While snorkeling is limited to peering down from the surface, skin divers generally venture further than snorkelers, making frequent surface dives to interact with aquatic life, up close and personal.

The course provides basic information on skin diving equipment, dive science, the environment, problem management and safe skin diving

DS: DISCOVER SNORKELING

PADI's Discover Snorkeling is the first step towards exploring the beautiful underwater world. Take your first step in snorkelling with confidence and helpful tips and suggestions of our instructors and divemasters here in Portorož and Piran, and you will make the most of your glimpse into the watery world. PADI Discover Snorkeling program is not a course but an experience, it's a supervised snorkelling tour for fun. The Discover Snorkeling experience will not result in certification like the Skin Diver snorkelling course. For people who already have experience with snorkeling, our tourguides will help you with advice and share their knowledge about the best place to snorkel in Slovenia.

FOR CHILDREN:

BUBBLEMAKER

What a great way to introduce children to scuba diving in a pool in less than six feet of water.

Youngsters can join in the family fun of scuba diving or even start a trend! Children should be comfortable in the water, but they don’t have to be super swimmers. With youngsters in mind, the maximum depth is only 2 metres/ 6 feet.

  • Typical sessions last about an hour (sign up, gear up and fun included)

  • Also available as a confined open water experience (2 metres/ 6 feet max. depth)

Celebrate a birthday by throwing a memorable, exciting Bubblemaker party with friends and family at Nemo Divers. It’s fun, easy and safe.

PADI SEAL TEAM

The PADI Seal Team is for young divers who are looking for action-packed fun in a pool by doing exciting scuba AquaMissions.

Have you ever wondered what it's like to dive with flashlights, take digital pictures underwater or float effortlessly like an astronaut? These are AquaMissions that introduce you to wrecknavigationbuoyancyunderwater photography, environmental awareness and more.

Here's your chance to do some cool stuff in the pool, meet friends and share in the adventure of the underwater world.

The Fun Part

The best part of the Specialty AquaMissions is they reinforce safe diving skills while the kids are having fun. PADI Seals get to sample a wide variety of dives.

In addition, it provides parents with a structured program that lets their children develop skills, learn about the aquatic environment and have a lot of good, clean fun. This is also an excellent way to introduce kids to scuba diving prior to full Open Water Diver certification.
